LUMINES SLIM clear PMMA LED profile cover, 2 m, 11-2273-20

Name: LUMINES SLIM clear PMMA LED profile cover, 2 m, 11-2273-20
Brand: Lumines

The transparent LUMINES SLIM PMMA cover, article 11-2273-20, is a 2 m cover for an LED profile. It is a lighting-system component, not a complete luminaire or an LED strip. This clear version should be distinguished from the family's milky, frosted and lens covers, because the choice of cover affects the appearance of the finished light line.Matched to X and MICO profilesThe manufacturer lists this exact article as an accessory for both X and MICO profiles. Compatibility is confirmed for those two systems, not automatically for every LUMINES profile. Check the designation of the profile you are using before ordering. SLIM identifies the cover family and does not replace a specific compatibility check. Compare the 2 m length with the section of installation you need to cover.Profile documentation shows the cover as a separate component alongside the profile, LED strip and other installation parts. Consider the complete assembly rather than treating the cover alone as a finished light fitting. Article 11-2273-20 is made from PMMA, not the PC polycarbonate offered under different catalogue numbers.Clear finish and light transmissionThe manufacturer's sheet gives transparent SLIM PMMA a light transmission of 88%, with a result tolerance of ±5%. This is a cover property, not the luminous flux of a complete installation. It does not specify the strip's power or the illuminance on a surface. A clear cover leaves the inside of the profile more visible than a milky one; it should not be assumed to conceal individual LED points or produce an uninterrupted line with any strip.Material operating conditionsThe documentation states a material operating temperature of -20°C to +70°C for PMMA. That range is not a waterproofing declaration or blanket permission for outdoor installation. Usage conditions must be established for the whole assembly. Choose this cover primarily by profile compatibility, length and the intended optical result, rather than a room label or furnishing style.Pokaż więcej
