BORG PRO 6154GR is a post-top luminaire head shaped as a flat disc 51,2 cm across, made of graphite powder-coated aluminium casting RAL 7016. Light leaves through a clear PMMA cover on the underside of the disc. The luminaire slides onto a lighting column; the column itself is not part of the delivery. How big it is and which column it fits The disc measures 51,2 cm in diameter and 15,4 cm in height including the mounting spigot, of which 7,5 cm is the body itself. The luminaire slides 95 mm deep onto a ø60 mm column spigot — that is the dimension to check on the column before buying. For another spigot diameter the manufacturer offers reducer 3070XX0009 and mounting adapter 154XX0010, both sold separately. The luminaire weighs 4,92 kg net and 6,54 kg gross, and the carton measures 54,5 × 54,5 × 22 cm. The manufacturer reserves installation and service work for a person with electrical qualifications. How much light it gives and how it spreads it Three LED modules draw 52,6 W and deliver 6730 lm from the whole luminaire, which works out at 127,9 lm/W. That is roughly as much light as eight old 60 W bulbs — an amount intended for a footpath, a square or a driveway rather than for accenting a flower bed. 3000 K is warm white, warmer than usual street lighting, and Ra 80 is enough to tell colours apart on the surface below. The Ledil VSM lens produces a rotationally symmetric IESNA type V distribution, an even circle of light around the column. ULOR is 0%: no light leaves above the plane of the luminaire, so it brightens neither the sky nor windows placed higher up. Control, supply and wiring The luminaire runs on D4i, a digital control system built on DALI. Dimming needs a controller of that system — a phase dimmer will not work. The driver arrives programmed to the maximum permissible current, and Norlys programmes the remaining parameters after agreement with its sales department. A 6 m H05RN-F 6G1 cable leaves the luminaire for connection in an installation box chosen to suit the column. Supply is 220–240 V, and protection class I means the installation has to carry an earth conductor. Build and resistance The body is a powder-coated aluminium casting in graphite RAL 7016, the cover is clear PMMA, and a silicone gasket seals the joint between the two. IP65 is protection against water jets from any direction, so the luminaire works in the open with no shelter above it, while IK08 describes impact resistance sufficient for public places. The manufacturer states an operating range from −20 to +45 °C. The light source is not swapped here the way a bulb is: the LED module on its Zhaga Book18 connector and the control gear are replaced by service only.Pokaż więcej
