Grimstad 1537GR is a rectangular recessed wall light for facades, fences and garden walls. The graphite aluminium casting disappears into the wall face, so all that stays visible after installation is a 26.5 × 12 cm frame. IP65 sealing and IK08 impact resistance are the pairing that lets it stay outdoors all year. 259 lumens — light that marks, rather than illuminates The built-in LED module draws 5.9 W, of which 4.2 W goes to the source itself. The module puts out 799 lm at 190.2 lm/W, but only 259 lm leaves the luminaire — the opal diffuser and deep housing hold the rest back, turning a diode into a soft, non-glaring patch of light. Luminaire efficacy therefore works out at 43.9 lm/W. That is a deliberate trade: fittings like this trace the line of a fence or graze the texture of render; they do not replace a street lamp. 2700 K and light quality 2700 K is warm white, warmer than the usual 3000 K — on a facade it reads close to incandescent. Colour rendering is 80 and unit-to-unit colour spread is SDCM 3, tight enough that a row of these along a wall will not vary in tone. The fitting is dimmable. Photobiological risk is classified RG0 or RG1, power factor is PF ≥ 0.92 and THD 15%. Two cut-out sizes Norlys specifies two build-in options: 258 × 112 × 115 mm in a solid wall, and 235 × 96 × 82 mm in a layered wall. The difference matters at design stage, because the layered-wall version sits more than three centimetres shallower. Terminals accept up to 3 × 2.5 mm², and fittings can be looped with up to 3 × 1.5 mm²; the gland takes round insulated cable of ø7–10.5 mm. Inrush current is 8 A for 10 µs — worth checking when a long run shares one breaker.
