FIORE is a children's ceiling light shaped like a flower, cut from beech wood and painted a strong fuchsia pink over a white base. It is 33 cm across and 20 cm deep. At the centre of the flower sits a white acrylic disc, and that is where the light comes out. 1900 lm — this is full room lighting, not a nightlight The most important figure about this product, and one that was not on the record: the built-in LED module is 19 W and gives 1900 lm. For comparison, that is roughly two classic 100 W bulbs. It is enough to light a child's room of 12–16 m² as the only source, for playing, tidying and homework at a desk. That is an important distinction: many "children's lamps" of similar appearance give 300–600 lm and serve as decoration or as a night light. FIORE is the main light — if you want something soft to fall asleep by, a separate bedside lamp will still be needed. Where the light comes from The diodes are hidden behind the white acrylic filling the centre of the flower. That material diffuses heavily, so looking at the lit fitting you see no LED dots — just an even white disc. For a child lying on the floor looking at the ceiling that matters: there is no hard point of glare to tire the eyes. The wooden petals are opaque and pass no light — they are purely decorative, and the whole output goes downwards through the centre. Beech wood and certified paints The body is made entirely of beech — not decorative plywood or board. Beech is hard and knock-resistant, so the lamp takes the conditions of a child's room better than a plastic construction would. The manufacturer states that it is painted with water-based paints carrying safety certificates for children and the environment. On a product that hangs above a child's bed for years, that is at least as important as any lighting figure. Water-based paints also mean no smell on unpacking. The base is white and the flower itself pink — a contrast that keeps the shape from disappearing into a white ceiling. Dimensions and installation The flower measures 33 × 33 cm and the whole fitting is 20 cm deep. That is a size in proportion to a typical child's room: large enough to be a clear feature of the ceiling, and flat enough not to lower a standard 2.5 m room. It mounts to the ceiling, on the surface. The LED module is permanently built in — there is no bulb to change, and when the diodes are spent the whole fitting is replaced. Supply 230 V, protection IP20 — dry interiors only. The manufacturer does not state a colour temperature or a colour rendering index; if a particular colour of light is needed for the room, confirm it with the seller before buying.
