Fresh Rain Artificial Plant Filling for Planters
Fresh Rain is an artificial plant filling that drops into a planter you already own. The composition combines broad, glossy monstera leaves with feathery ferns, and a dense small-leaved undergrowth fills the space between them. How the filling is matched to the planter Every filling is made to order for a given size, and the base version measures 25 × 50 cm. The maker matches the thickness of the green layer to the inside of your planter, and the greenery stands 10–30 cm above the rim — that is how much taller the composition will be than the container holding it. For large planters the filling is split into numbered modules that are assembled in place following the enclosed instructions; no tools are needed. The planter itself is not included — its measurements are the starting point for making the filling. What it does not need The plants are artificial, so the composition needs no watering, no feeding and no daylight. It can stand where no living plant would survive — deep inside a room, in a windowless corridor, or at a reception desk nobody visits with a watering can. The maker intends the fillings for homes and for public interiors alike. What it is made of The leaves and the undergrowth are made from textile materials, plastics and rubber, which is where the soft, fabric-like surface of the leaves comes from rather than stiff moulded plastic. The fillings are made by hand to the ordered size and shape, so the outline of the finished composition follows the shape of the planter rather than the rectangle in the photograph. Fresh Rain is one of several compositions in this range of fillings; the others differ in the plants used.Pokaż więcej
