AdvanceBio Desalting RP-Reverse Phase columns can be used on any LC system for online desalting of collected fractions. They can also be used on an Agilent 1290 Infinity II 2D LC system as a second dimension for desalting after the separation in the first dimension. The simple and quick reverse phase removal of salt ions before MS detection enables these cartridges to allow MS detection with traditionally non-MS-friendly techniques such as IEX, SEC, and affinity chromatography.
