Makita is the leading manufacturer of professional power tools on the market. The DMR112 DAB/DAB+ Job Site Radio is dual powered by AC power adapter or Makita 7.2V, CXT and LXT Li-ion batteries.
The DMR112 is compatible with the Makita 18v LXT and 10.8v/12v MAX CXT Lithium-Ion range of batteries. The DMR112 is not compatible with NiCD, NiMH or G-Series batteries. It can also be powered by AC mains (cable included), when battery power is not available.
The DMR112 is equipped with Bluetooth Class 2 to wireless connect your mobile device for playing music with a range of up to 10 metres and capable of receiving DAB and DAB+ (Digital Audio Broadcasting) radio stations. Two 89mm speaker deliver high quality stereo sound, with a digital amplifier for improved practical maximum output. The DMR112 has an easy to read digital tuner with LCD backlit display, menu controls to set FM mono/stereo, clock settings, volume and snooze. Time and 2 alarm timers (choice of radio or buzzer) with snooze and adjustable sleep timer (auto shut off).

The DMR112 has an AC adapter jack, AUX-IN jack for connecting to external audio sources (connecting cable is not included), USB port to allow for charging a mobile device and a flat surface to stably place a mobile device.
Elastomer bumpers protect the DMR112 against rough handling on the job site, the antenna can be folded and the soft grip carry handle swivels 90 degrees. The DMR112 Job Site Radio is IP64 rated dust and showerproof construction.
