kilometre Nike ZoomX, our most responsive foam, is now even better. It runs

from heel to toe, providing even more energy return than before and a springy

feel with every step. Stable running feel See how the midsole curves at the

heel? We've designed it to put less weight on the inside of your foot and give

you a more stable ride. Airy design Specially selected Flyknit yarns and

special zones in the forefoot give the Vaporfly a new level of performance. A

breathable toe box and soft, supportive yarns equip the Vaporfly with our most

customised design to date. The result is a softer, cooler design that moulds to

your foot. What's new on the Vaporfly 3? The updated, thin rubber on the

outsole has been designed to use less material without compromising durability.

The result is a lighter and thinner outsole. This allows more ZoomX foam to be

used underfoot for a smoother roll when running. The lightweight padding on the

tongue reduces pressure from laces on the back of the foot. The new outsole

pattern with waffle tread and perforations saves weight and provides traction

on different surfaces in various weather conditions. The offset heel seam

reduces friction in the heel area.
