Beschrijving

With this melter you can easily melt chocolate and keep it in a steady temperature of 6C for furtherprocessing. The matching lid makes it possible to keep the temperature of the chocolate for a longer time. Thecontainer has a capacity of 1.5 litres. A thermostat controls the temperature continously, the control light lightsup until the set temperature is reached. Of course you can also keep other meals warm in this melter. The removable 1/6 GN stainless steel container (16,5 x 18 x 10 cm) with lid are stainless and dishwasher-proof.The melter is to be cleaned by hand with a soft dishcloth and mild detergent.
