Hal 97244 Endon semi-flush ceiling light antique brass 5xE27 40.5-55 cm

Name: Hal 97244 Endon semi-flush ceiling light antique brass 5xE27 40.5-55 cm
Brand: Endon

Hal 97244 is a semi-flush ceiling light stripped back to its bare parts: five rods spread from a round ceiling plate, each ending in an open E27 holder with no shade. The metal carries an antique brass plated finish, and the holders add dark knurled rings. How much room it takes under the ceiling The fitting drops 13 cm below the ceiling and that is its whole projection — the maker designed it for rooms with low ceilings, where a pendant is out of the question. Add the length of the bulb to those 13 cm, because the lamps stick down below the holders. The arms move on knuckle joints, so the span of the fitting changes from 40.5 to 55 cm. The tighter setting fits over a narrow hallway; the widest covers a diameter comparable to a round table for four. The five bulbs you have to buy The holders take E27 caps and the maker allows an LED bulb of up to 10 W in each. There are five light points, so a purchase means a set rather than a single bulb. Bulbs are not supplied. Endon pairs this fitting with E27 LED filament lamps in pear form — with open holders the whole envelope is on show, and it is the bulb rather than a shade that decides how the lit fitting looks. Dimming calls for bulbs marked as dimmable and a dimmer in the circuit. Finish and fixing The body is metal with an antique brass plating — a finish with a warm, muted sheen, closer to old brass than to gold. The joint at each arm lets the bulbs be set at different heights relative to one another. The fitting weighs 1.1 kg and mounts directly to the ceiling through its plate. It is protection class I, so an earth conductor has to reach the mounting point.Meer tonen
