Quartz Fiber Filter Recommended filters for controlling air pollution and for particle determination at high temperatures. Made of pure quartz microfibers (SiO2), without binders or additives. deal for trace analysis due to extremely low metal contents.< br>Excellent absorption of very fine particles thanks to the adsorption mechanism of the quartz fibers. Air permeability is very high - allows high flow rates. Chemical stability: excellent stability with almost no loss of the filter material due to chemical reactions, even under extreme acidic conditions gases (HCl, SO2, SO3, H2SO4, NO and NO3); except hydrofluoric acid. Excellent resistance to chemical solvents. Stability at high temperatures: higher resistance than glass microfiber up to 1000ºC; in addition, loss of normal properties. The QFH variety is available as a round filter with the following sizes (in millimeters): 37 – 47 - 70Meer tonen
