Reprospher Acidosil are normal phase silica gel columns covalently linked to either a carboxy group (Acidosil-C) or a sulfonic acid group (Acidosil-S). These columns are suitable for organic acids without acid addition in the eluent. For the preparative LC, there is a clear simplification of the elimination of the eluate without the laborious removal of the acids which decompose the pure substance or damage the apparatus.Meer tonen
