Zorbax Stablebond HPLC column with C8 phase. It has an inner diameter of 4.6 mm, a length of 100 mm and a particle size of 1.8 µm. Method validation kit, contains 3 columns from different lots. This Agilent ZORBAX StableBond column uses patented, unique, non-functional silanes with sterically demanding diisopropyl side chains. These protect the key siloxane bond from hydrolytic attack at low pH. StableBond packing materials are not endcapped to ensure high stability and to maximize lifetime and reproducibility under acidic separation conditions. The high purity and weakly acidic silica gel results in excellent peak shape with acidic, basic and neutral substances. Therefore, StableBond columns are an excellent choice for method development at low pH.
