Wall Light Max Light FLINK W0309 Black 60 cm LED 18W 3000K IP44
Max Light Flink W0309 is a black LED wall light measuring 60 cm across, made from aluminium and acrylic. Its open rectangular frame incorporates a movable lighting element. Rather than repositioning the complete fitting, you can turn one edge to change where the light falls. This separates it from a fixed linear light above a mirror.Adjust the direction, not the whole fitting The manufacturer specifies 350° of adjustment and a 90° beam angle. These figures describe different things: movement of the light-bearing element and the spread of its light. Turning the element allows the output to be directed upwards or downwards, depending on whether you want to illuminate the wall or the area beneath the fitting. Mechanical adjustment should not be confused with dimming. The integrated LED is rated at 18 W, with a stated output of 1700 lm and a colour temperature of 3000 K. It therefore produces warm white rather than cool white light. Colour rendering is specified as CRI 80+. The light source forms part of the fitting, so there is no separate screw-in bulb to choose. An LED driver is included.Check the space above your mirror The body is 4 cm high and 10 cm deep. Compare its 60 cm width with the mirror and check the clearance above the mirror frame and alongside nearby cabinets. Leave room for the movable section if you intend to change its position after installation. The manufacturer identifies bathroom use and specifies IP44 protection. Positions above a mirror or at a dressing table are worth considering. In a bathroom, the final mounting position must also meet the electrical requirements of the relevant installation zone; the IP rating does not decide that position on its own.A black frame with an open centre Slim profiles, straight corners and an open middle give Flink a modern, minimalist appearance. Its black body creates a clear horizontal line that can be considered alongside the mirror frame and taps. W0309 identifies the black, 60 cm version, not a shorter or gold-coloured member of the same family.Show more
