The V-TAC VT-61003 is the smallest of the round recessed fittings in this range: 90.5 mm across and 28 mm deep. All the electronics sit inside the body, so no space above the ceiling is needed for a separate driver — only two clamping springs stick out, spanning 120 mm.What 3 W actually gives youThe panel puts out 330 lm on 3 W, so 110 lm/W. That is little enough that a single fitting will not light a room — the VT-61003 is designed in rows: over a kitchen worktop, along a corridor, in the suspended ceiling of a shop display, or as stair lighting. 4000 K is neutral white: cooler than the domestic 3000 K, without the bluish cast of 6500 K.Light quality, unvarnishedColour rendering is Ra 80 — adequate for circulation and utility spaces, but the EPREL register lists the R9 component (saturated red) as 0, so reds will look flat. Where colour fidelity matters — at a mirror, over displayed goods, in a kitchen — a fitting with higher Ra and a positive R9 is the better choice. Colour consistency is declared as SDCM 6, which in a row of fittings can show as visible tint differences between neighbouring points. It runs straight off 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz mains, with no transformer. The panel is not dimmable, as its EPREL entry confirms — wiring it to a phase-cut dimmer will not give smooth control and may damage the supply circuit. IP20 restricts it to dry interiors.
