A touchless 3-in-1 switch for low-voltage LED strips, measuring 40 × 30 mm. It responds to a hand moving near it and drives single-colour strips running on 12 or 24 V DC. Three functions in one module The name "3-in-1" refers to three modes the same sensor can deliver. The first is plain on/off with a wave of the hand. The second is door automation — the sensor detects a cabinet, drawer, wardrobe or display case being opened and closed, switching the light on by itself and off again when it shuts. The third is **MOVE mode**, that is smooth brightness control: hold your hand near the sensors for two seconds and the light begins to brighten or dim; take your hand away at the level you want. Matching it to the supply and the strip The switch works on both 12 V and 24 V DC and is installed **after the driver**, on the low-voltage side. Its capacity depends on the voltage: 5 A at 12 V, that is 60 W, and 3 A at 24 V, that is 72 W. Maximum current is 5 A whichever voltage you use. In practice 60 W at 12 V covers about 7 metres of an 8 W/m strip, and 72 W at 24 V about 12 metres of a 6 W/m strip. On longer runs the installation is split into sections, each with its own switch. Single-colour strips only The controller drives a **MONO** channel — single-colour strips: warm white, neutral, cool or one fixed colour. It will not control RGB, RGBW or CCT strips, which need several output channels. Worth checking before ordering, because the module looks no different from the multi-channel versions in the same family. Installation and build The module measures 40 × 30 mm and is designed to sit with the LUMINES D profile — it hides inside the profile or in the furniture carcass with only the sensor left exposed. IP20 protection means it is strictly for dry interiors; it does not belong in a bathroom protection zone or outdoors. Because it runs at safe extra-low voltage, fitting it needs no electrical qualification, provided the driver itself was connected to regulation.
