Acclaim E2 HPLC column with inner diameter 2.1 mm, length 150 mm and particle size 2.2 µm. With Thermo Scientific™ Acclaim™ E LC columns, nitroaromatics and nitramines by HPLC achieve baseline resolution of all 14 explosives listed in EPA SW-846 Method 8330. Their unique column chemistries provide excellent resolution with complementary selectivities. Use the E1 column (sold separately) as a direct replacement for ODS columns for primary analysis. Then use the E2 column as a primary or confirmatory column. Simply change the separation conditions for the E2 column to cover a wider range of applications, including analysis of explosives beyond US EPA Method 8330.
