Product Description The Voltcraft IST 1000 Installation Tester is a reliable device for testing electrical installations according to VDE0100 standards, suitable for new installations, renovations, or maintenance. It combines all essential functions in one unit: loop and insulation resistance, low- ohm resistance, short- circuit current measurement, continuity testing, and RCD/ earth- leakage ( FI) tests for types A, AC, B, B+, and F. TRMS voltage, phase rotation, frequency, and phase shift can also be measured easily.
