Sola table lamp - 1 light source - Blue lampshade Quintiesse

Name: Sola table lamp - 1 light source - Blue lampshade Quintiesse
Brand: Quintiesse

Quintiesse Sola QN-SOLA-TL-S-BLU is the smaller table lamp with a Breton blue shade and a clear, hand-blown glass base. A diamond pattern runs around the glass, with polished nickel metalwork framing it above and below. This version lights only the shade: the glass body does not contain a separate illuminated section.Allow space for the shade as well as the baseThe complete lamp stands 50.5 cm high. Its shade measures 30 cm across and 20 cm high, while the base diameter is 17 cm. The footprint therefore does not tell you how much space the whole lamp needs. Compare the shade width with the available area on a bedside table, living-room side table or chest, and check the clearance beneath any nearby shelf. As a plug-in indoor table lamp, Sola can also provide supplementary lighting on a hallway console or a dining-room sideboard. Its single socket does not establish a particular brightness. That depends on the bulb you choose, rather than the maximum wattage marked for the fitting.Choose the E27 bulb separatelyOne E27 bulb is required, rated up to 60 W, or an LED equivalent. No bulb is included. Choose the bulb's light output and colour temperature for the intended setting; the 60 W limit is not a statement that a 60 W light source arrives in the box.A clear cable carries an in-line on/off switch. The manufacturer specifies compatibility with dimmable smart bulbs, but the cable switch itself is not a brightness control. Plan access to the switch and an electrical socket when choosing the lamp's position.A fabric shade above patterned glassThe faux-silk shade has a white lining and a harp-and-finial mounting. It is handmade in the UK; this is a statement about the shade, not the manufacturing origin of the complete lamp. Black felt covers the underside of the metal base. The cylindrical shade, decorative glass and reflective nickel details suit classic, modern-classic and retro interiors, without turning this into an industrial-style lamp.Show more
