The ChiroSil® RCA(+) and SCA(-) chiral stationary phases were eveloped by RStech Corporation in Daejeon, South Korea. This phase is prepared by a covalent trifunctional bonding of (+) or (-)-(18-crown-6)-tetracarboxylic acid as the chiral selector. The covalent bonding ensures universal solvent compatibility and allows operation under ambient conditions.
