RANDO O419WL-02W is a Maytoni outdoor wall light shaped as a fluted cylinder 9.5 cm in diameter and 26 cm tall, carried on a flat wall bracket. The body is open at the top and the bottom, so light leaves in two opposite directions and draws the familiar double cone on the wall. The white metal housing is corrosion-resistant and built for outdoor duty. Two E27 lamps The fixture has two E27 lampholders – one facing up, one facing down. Each takes a bulb of up to 60 W, and the choice of source is yours: LED, halogen or a traditional bulb. Bulbs are not included, and the fixture is not dimmable. Built for the weather IP54 means protection against dust and against splashing water from any direction, so the light is at home by an entrance, on a terrace, on a façade or under a canopy. The manufacturer rates it for -40°C to +50°C, which covers a hard winter. It is a class I fixture – a protective earth connection is required. Installation The light is fixed to the wall with a metal mounting plate on two plugs (ø6 mm holes), and the cylinder is then screwed to the bracket. It projects 16 cm from the wall, which leaves room to pass by a door or on a narrow terrace. The wide input range – AC 100–260 V – suits any domestic supply in Europe. The Rando series Rando is Maytoni's family of structured wall lights for architectural lighting, made in one- and two-lamp versions and in three housing colours. The two-lamp version, this one, gives symmetrical up-and-down light; the single-lamp variant throws light in one direction only.
