Argon LAGOS 890 ceiling spotlight, textured white and brass-plated details, 2×GU10

Name: Argon LAGOS 890 ceiling spotlight, textured white and brass-plated details, 2×GU10
Brand: ARGON

Argon LAGOS 890 is a white ceiling spotlight with two cylindrical heads on a rectangular mounting bar. Its lacquered steel body has a textured finish, with brass-plated steel connectors providing a contrasting detail. Each head can be aimed separately, allowing the two light points to illuminate different parts of a room.Dimensions and positioningThe fitting measures 35 cm wide, 14.5 cm high and 9 cm deep. Compare these measurements with the space around your electrical connection; the height runs from the mounting surface to the bottom of the spotlights. The technical drawing shows a mounting bar measuring 27 cm long. The manufacturer permits both ceiling installation and wall installation as a wall light. Adjustable heads let you direct light towards a chosen worktop, piece of furniture or picture. The plain bar and unadorned cylinders give the fitting a modern, modernist form, with brass-coloured details breaking up the white finish. Two bulbs to buy separatelyYou need two GU10 LED bulbs rated at no more than 5 W each. Neither bulb is included. The instructions specify a maximum bulb diameter of 51 mm and a maximum height of 57 mm, so check the dimensions as well as the cap when purchasing them.Choose the colour temperature, brightness and beam angle through your selection of bulbs. Dimming requires LED bulbs marked as dimmable and a compatible dimmer; the fitting has no built-in dimming control.Connection and intended spacesThe light operates at 230 V and requires a protective earth connection. The instructions call for installation by a qualified person. Both light points switch on together in the standard configuration. The catalogue lists living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining rooms and hallways, as well as hotels and restaurants. Consider the available space and head positions when choosing its location; the lighting effect depends on the bulbs you fit.Show more
