MOTION pendant lamp MOD276PL-L40W3K Maytoni

Name: MOTION pendant lamp MOD276PL-L40W3K Maytoni
Brand: Maytoni

Maytoni Motion MOD276PL-L40W3K is a white LED pendant with an elongated aluminium body and hand-gesture control. Two slender suspension wires connect its light bar to the ceiling canopy. Rounded ends define the outline, while the light source sits underneath the bar. The slim body remains visually separate from the ceiling fitting.A 120 cm bar with a defined suspension rangeThe body is 120 cm long and 4 cm wide; the technical drawing also shows a body height of 8 cm. That last measurement is not the overall height of the pendant. For the complete fitting, including its suspension, the manufacturer specifies a range of 114–314 cm. The wire is adjustable, but the minimum overall height still needs to be considered when planning installation.Compare the bar length with your tabletop and measure from the ceiling to the intended position of the light. The canopy is 61.5 cm long, so consider the position of the electrical outlet alongside its footprint. A 300 cm cable does not mean that the bar can be installed immediately below the ceiling.Warm white light and control beneath the barThe integrated LED source is rated at 40 W, with a luminous flux of 2500 lm and a colour temperature of 3000 K. It produces warm white light; the white body finish does not describe a different light colour. This is not a pendant whose colour temperature is chosen by fitting a screw-base bulb.A sensor underneath the lamp lets you switch it on, switch it off and dim it with a hand movement. When choosing the hanging height, allow for reaching that control area as well as how the pendant looks from the side. Gesture control at the fitting is not confirmation of compatibility with any external dimmer.A linear fitting over a tableThe long body can be considered above a dining table, kitchen island or table within an open living area. Restaurant tables and hotel dining spaces are further possible settings once the installation height has been checked. Restrained geometry, white aluminium and the absence of branching arms support its modern, modernist and minimalist character.Show more
