LED profile LUMINES type SOLIS raw 1 m

Name: LED profile LUMINES type SOLIS raw 1 m
Brand: Lumines

This LUMINES SOLIS LED profile is a 1 m length of raw aluminium for building linear lighting. Its broad, shallow cross-section accommodates three LED strips arranged side by side. Variant 10-0140-10 has an untreated surface rather than an anodised or painted finish.A one-metre section with a shallow outlineThe profile measures 43 mm across and 9.3 mm high. When planning the light line, compare both its width and its length with the installation space. The shallow section produces a flat outline, while straight edges without decorative detailing suit modern and minimalist interiors. This particular variant is 1000 mm long. Other lengths and finishes offered within the SOLIS family do not alter the size or finish of the section described here. Use the article code to distinguish it when putting together components for the same installation.Three strips and compatible coversSOLIS is designed around three parallel LED strips, so their arrangement belongs in the lighting plan. The profile is a structural component, not a finished lamp with a stated brightness or colour temperature. Those properties depend on the LED sources and the other components chosen for the assembly. The manufacturer lists WIDE and PRISMATIC PC covers together with dedicated SOLIS end caps. WIDE options include transparent, frosted and opal versions. Choosing a particular cover is a separate configuration decision. Pictures of assembled lighting do not establish the package contents of this profile variant.Surface-mounted or suspended lightingThe system supports surface mounting and suspended lighting using appropriate suspension components. Its documentation also illustrates mounting with double-sided tape. Select the fixing method for the intended surface and configuration rather than treating every illustrated arrangement as the same installation. The power supply is located outside the profile, so allow a separate place for it. SOLIS can form part of main or decorative lighting. Use in a living room, kitchen, dining room, office or corridor depends on the completed lighting assembly, not on the aluminium section alone.Show more
