Based on spherical silica gel, the Kromasil SFC columns are suitable for both research and routine analysis. In addition to the pure silica gel (2.5 µm particles with 100 Å pore diameter), cyano, diol and 2-ethylpyridine modifications are available to enable the separation of both non-polar and highly polar substances.
