There are several different V-belts for the 911 G model. In our shop, you will find the correct, so-called "narrow V-belt," for your model. Please note that the belt length varies for the 911 3.0 SC. The limit is determined by the specified chassis number. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us. Incidentally, this alternator V-belt is always part of the standard tool kit for the Porsche 911 F/G. The fan belt was replaced by Porsche some time ago from 9.5 mm to 10 mm wide. Since then, there have been problems with the durability of the belts. They are under too much tension and tend to break more easily. We therefore recommend using the narrower version, which can be found under article number 3877.
