KASZMIR is a three-light chandelier 66 cm across and 64 cm high, finished throughout in graphite. The frame is steel, the shades are fabric, and the whole piece is held in a classic idiom. Graphite rather than black The maker chose graphite over black — a subtle difference that matters in practice. Graphite has a grey base, so it does not cut as hard a contrast against a pale ceiling as black lacquer does, and it never reads as a hole in the ceiling when the light is off.
