Zambelis S027 gypsum downlight trimless GU10 max 35 W white Ø 10 cm

Name: Zambelis S027 gypsum downlight trimless GU10 max 35 W white Ø 10 cm
Brand: Zambelis

S027 is a trimless recessed downlight made of pure white gypsum, with a round body 10 cm across and 3 cm deep. It has no visible ring or flange — the body is set into the ceiling and skimmed over together with the board, so once the work is finished only the aperture with the lamp in it remains visible. What opening it needs and how much room above the ceilingThe manufacturer gives a cutting hole of 10.3 cm in diameter and a required depth of 9 cm. That second figure decides whether the fitting goes in at all: 9 cm has to stay clear above the plasterboard, counting the conduit that runs above the fitting.Mounting flanges are built into the body, so no extra springs or brackets need buying for the installation. No connecting lead is supplied — the fitting is wired to the installation already in place.Which lamp to buyThe GU10 lampholder is included, the bulb is not — it has to be bought separately, rated no higher than 35 W. The manufacturer suggests the COIN 50 G3 LED module, also sold on its own.The data sheet states no colour temperature, luminous flux, beam angle or CRI, and that is not a gap in the data: in a fitting with no light source of its own, all of those belong to the lamp the buyer chooses. Dimming is possible once a suitable driver is added — the manufacturer names On-Off, DALI and Phase Cut options.ConstructionThe body is gypsum in the Pure White shade. The fitting is Safety Class II, so it needs no protective earth conductor — a pair of 220–240 V supply conductors is enough. It weighs 0.25 kg gross and arrives in a 14 × 14 × 8 cm box, so the ceiling structure carries no load worth calculating. The manufacturer covers it with a three-year warranty.Show more
