Pursuit Diphenyl HPLC column with inner diameter 4.6 mm, length 50 mm and particle size 3.0 µm. Pursuit Diphenyl utilizes a unique diphenyl-bonded phase in combination with ultra-pure silica to develop a fast, high-resolution HPLC column with new selectivity. Pursuit diphenyl columns are ideal for the separation of compounds containing double bonds or aromatic rings. In contrast to functional groups such as C18 or phenylhexyl, whose retention mechanism is based on hydrophobic interactions, diphenyl separates primarily due to differences in the π-electron structure.Show more
