The mirror glass fits both the left and right sides. The mirror is simply clipped onto the mounting plate. This glass should not be confused with the later version, which has a bayonet fitting. This mirror glass is the planar version. Convex mirror glass was only available for the equipment variants in the Swedish, Norwegian, and Japanese markets.
