GUARDIA Pendant Light with Water Hyacinth Shade Ø42.5 cm E27 Luces Exclusivas LE44577
GUARDIA is a pendant light with a bell-shaped shade woven from water hyacinth in its natural beige-brown colour. The shade hangs on a black cable below a small black conical canopy. The weave is open, so once the bulb is on, light shows through the gaps between the strands of fibre. Size The shade is 42.5 cm in diameter and the overall height of the light is 200 cm. Over a dining table, a shade of this diameter keeps good proportions above a table 80–90 cm wide. Compare the overall height with your own ceiling height, because it decides how low the shade hangs over the table — the bottom edge is usually set 70–80 cm above the table top. The GUARDIA family comes in several shade diameters, so when ordering it is worth checking that the variant you choose is the 42.5 cm one. Which bulb it needs The light has one E27 lampholder, rated by the manufacturer for bulbs up to 12 W. No bulb is included. A 12 W limit means an LED bulb in practice — a traditional 40 W or 60 W bulb does not belong in this fitting. You choose the colour and brightness yourself; over a table 2700–3000 K is the usual choice, a warm, slightly yellowish light that suits the natural colour of the shade. The light can be dimmed, but it needs a dimmer and a bulb marked as dimmable. Where it fits The manufacturer describes GUARDIA as a boho-style light: a natural material, a woven texture and the warm colour of the fibre. It is intended for use above a dining table and in the bedroom. It sits well with wood, linen and plants, and against pale walls the natural colour of the shade stands out clearly.Mostra di più
