Wall lamp ARGON ALTEA 4071 white painted steel E27 IP20

Name: Wall lamp ARGON ALTEA 4071 white painted steel E27 IP20
Brand: ARGON

Argon ALTEA 4071 is a white wall lamp with a long articulated arm and an open conical shade. Its painted steel finish is described by the manufacturer as textured white. A circular wall plate, slender arm and exposed joints give the lamp a visibly mechanical construction, with a position that can be adjusted rather than a single fixed orientation.Allow space for the projecting armArgon lists both the height and depth as 700 mm, with a width of 225 mm. ALTEA is therefore not a compact fitting that sits close to the wall. Before choosing a position beside a bed, armchair or desk, compare those measurements with the furniture layout, nearby doors and walking routes. The arm also needs clearance when its position changes. The adjustable construction lets you position the shade towards the area that needs supplementary light. That may be the space near a headboard or an armchair in a living room. For reading or work at a desk, the usefulness of the light depends on the chosen bulb as well as the lamp position. The fitting's permitted wattage does not specify its brightness.Choose the light source separatelyThere is one E27 socket, and a bulb is not supplied. The installation manual specifies an LED bulb rated at no more than 15 W; the fitting uses a 230 V supply. Brightness and colour temperature consequently depend on the bulb you purchase. Warm or neutral white light can be selected independently of the lamp's white painted finish. Also check the bulb dimensions: the manual permits a maximum diameter of 50 mm and a maximum height of 105 mm.Argon states that a switch can be installed on the wall plate. This describes a configuration possibility, not a switch guaranteed to be included with the standard lamp. Confirm the supplied configuration and connection arrangement before planning bedside operation. Mechanical adjustment of the arm should not be confused with a dimming function. An industrial shape in whiteThe metal shade and exposed joints support industrial and loft-style interiors, while the consistent white finish also works with modern furnishings. In a dining room, hotel or restaurant, this construction can provide supplementary lighting for a particular spot. Its projecting arm still needs to be considered when deciding where people will sit or pass.Mostra di più
