Steinel RS PRO P3 S is a round LED ceiling or wall light with a motion sensor concealed beneath its opal cover. The white plastic housing and curved diffuser form a restrained shape without decorative arms or an exposed bulb. Article 056117 is the neutral-white version with a colour temperature of 4000 K.Dimensions and light for circulation areasSteinel identifies corridors, entrance halls and stairwells as intended applications. The light measures 40 cm in diameter and 14.2 cm in height. Compare both measurements with the available mounting space, particularly near doors or beneath a low ceiling. It mounts to a wall or ceiling rather than hanging into the room on a cable.The integrated LED system delivers a whole-luminaire output of 2188 lm at 18.4 W. Its 4000 K light differs from the warm-white 3000 K version, an important distinction when choosing several fittings for the same corridor. No separate bulb is required because the light source is included. The LED source is not replaceable, however, so this is not a fitting for interchangeable lamps.Motion sensing and basic lightThe high-frequency sensor detects movement through 360°, with a reach of up to 8 m in diameter. The light-on time can be set from 5 seconds to 15 minutes, and the twilight threshold from 2 to 2000 lx. These adjustments let you match switching to the passage time and existing ambient light. Two supplied metal shields limit detection in selected directions.Optional basic lighting runs at 10% for 10 or 30 minutes, or throughout the night. The fitting also has a soft light start. Up to ten lights can be interconnected by cable; this is a wired connection rather than a wireless network.Installation and careThe plain rounded form suits modern and minimalist interiors. The fitting has an IP54 rating and protection class II. Its 220–240 V mains connection requires professional installation, and it must not be connected to an external dimmer.
