Maytoni Focus S C051CL-01W white ceiling spotlight, 1×GU10

Name: Maytoni Focus S C051CL-01W white ceiling spotlight, 1×GU10
Brand: Maytoni

Maytoni Focus S C051CL-01W is a white ceiling spotlight with an aluminium body and one GU10 fitting. Its two cylindrical sections are joined by a movable head rather than forming a fixed downward-facing tube. This lets you direct the light towards a selected part of the interior, such as a wall surface or a picture.Allow room for the angled headMaytoni specifies a height of 19.2 cm, a diameter of 5.2 cm and a length of 9.2 cm. The instruction drawing assigns the 9.2 cm measurement to the cylindrical lamp head. When positioning the spotlight close to a wall or fitted furniture, consider the space occupied by that head once angled, not just the narrow diameter of the body. This is a surface-mounted ceiling fitting, not a recessed downlight. Decide which area you want to illuminate before locating the electrical connection. The movable head allows the direction to be refined after fixing the lamp, but it cannot compensate for an unsuitable arrangement of ceiling light points.Select the GU10 source for the intended effectThe fitting takes one replaceable GU10 source rated at no more than 10 W. That figure is the permitted source power, not a promise of brightness. Colour temperature, luminous output and beam angle depend on the selected lamp and should be checked in its own specifications. The white finish does not determine the colour of the light. For a group of spotlights, coordinate the light colours while choosing beam widths for the areas being illuminated.Maytoni lists this variant as non-dimmable, so do not assume brightness control from the GU10 fitting alone. The documented supply is 220–240 V AC, and the installation drawing shows the power being switched off before mounting.A restrained form for directional lightingThe plain white cylinders suit modern, modernist and minimalist interiors. The adjustable direction makes this ceiling spot useful in a living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen or hallway when a particular area needs attention. It can also supplement a hotel or restaurant lighting layout. A single light point does not establish whole-room coverage: plan the number and spacing of fittings together with the output and distribution of the chosen sources.Mostra di più
