Molde 2027 is a rectangular facade luminaire measuring 23 × 11 × 30 cm, closed at the top by a solid cap. That cover is functional, not decorative: light leaves through the sides and the bottom as a diffused glow but does not escape upward — the manufacturer states ULOR 2%, effectively no flux above the horizontal. Dimmable — with an ordinary dimmer A rare feature in outdoor fittings: Molde dims on a TRIAC phase dimmer, in both trailing edge (TE) and leading edge (LE) modes. No DALI controller and no separate driver are needed — a wall dimmer on the circuit is enough. In practice that means terrace lighting can be turned down to 20-30% in the evening and left as orientation light rather than switched off. How much light The LED module draws 8 W. The module itself emits 772 lm, but 438 lm leaves the fitting — a luminaire efficiency of 54.8 lm/W. That difference is not a flaw but the price of the shielding: part of the flux is deliberately held back so the fitting does not dazzle or shine into windows.
