NORLYS 146 8-way junction box IP68 for Rena luminaires

Name: NORLYS 146 8-way junction box IP68 for Rena luminaires
Brand: NORLYS

NORLYS 146 is an octagonal plastic junction and distribution box with eight cable entries around its edge. It is used to connect the supply cables of Norlys outdoor luminaires, above all the Rena luminaires.Sealing and sizeThe lid is sealed with a silicone gasket, and every entry has a nylon 6 cable gland. IP68 means the housing is dust-tight and protected against long-term immersion in water – the rating needed where a connection may end up in wet ground or under water. On the manufacturer's drawing the box measures 170 mm across including the glands and 40 mm in height.Which cables it takesThe glands take round sheathed cable of 4–8 mm, 8–12 mm or 10–14 mm in diameter, so check the diameter of your cable before buying. The lid is marked 0.5–2.5 mm², 24 A and 450 V AC. The manufacturer requires certified connectors in the box, chosen for the number and cross-section of the conductors, and the enclosed instructions describe the installation.Which luminaires it is forThe manufacturer's datasheet lists the Rena luminaires 1550, 1551, 1555, 1631 and 1633 and the ranges 1750–1757, 1760–1767, 1770–1775, 1780–1787 and 2070–2077. The luminaires are sold separately.Mostra di più
