Fleur 15 wall light beige Nordlux, E14 max. 15 W, with switch

Name: Fleur 15 wall light beige Nordlux, E14 max. 15 W, with switch
Brand: Nordlux

Fleur 15 is a Nordlux wall light with a bell-shaped metal shade, powder-coated in beige and mounted on a curved arm that rises from an oval wall plate. The arm carries brass details, and the wall plate has a retro rocker switch. The manufacturer describes the design as inspired by vintage styling from earlier decades. Size and connection The lamp is 26.4 cm tall and 15.3 cm wide and projects 21.2 cm from the wall — worth comparing with the space beside a bed, armchair or bookcase where the shade must not get in the way. The shade is 15.3 cm in diameter and the whole lamp weighs 0.56 kg. It can be powered through the included 150 cm white cable or wired permanently straight into a junction box in the wall. The cable is replaceable. The lamp is protection class II, meaning double insulation, so it needs no earth conductor. Light and controls The shade turns through 320° and tilts by 35°, so the light can be aimed at a book, a work surface or the wall rather than lighting everything in front of the lamp. It is switched on and off with the rocker switch on the fitting, so no separate wall switch is needed. The lampholder is E14 and takes a bulb of up to 15 W; the bulb is not included. With a limit this low, in practice you choose an LED bulb, as typical E14 LEDs sit comfortably below it. The colour of the light is your choice — 2700 K gives a warm, slightly yellowish light. Style and intended use The matt beige shade, the curved arm and the brass accents are hallmarks of the vintage style the manufacturer names directly. The lamp is intended for living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms, as well as hotels and restaurants. With its adjustable shade it works best wherever light needs to land on a particular spot — beside a bed, next to an armchair or above a chest of drawers.Mostra di più
