ARGON SATELITE 5020 chandelier, 15×E27, opal and graphite glass, chrome

Name: ARGON SATELITE 5020 chandelier, 15×E27, opal and graphite glass, chrome
Brand: ARGON

The ARGON SATELITE 5020 is a fifteen-light chandelier with glass globes clustered around a chrome-plated steel centre. Matt opal glass alternates with glossy globes in the manufacturer's graphite lustre finish. This is the mixed-glass version, rather than the all-white or all-graphite member of the range.Allow for its full 87 cm footprintThe chandelier measures 87 cm across and 87 cm deep. Compare that footprint with your table and the space around it before deciding where it should hang. The manufacturer's drawing gives a maximum overall height of 150 cm and globe diameters of 15 and 20 cm. These two sizes create a layered outline that changes as you move around the fitting. Its broad form suits consideration as a central fitting in a living room or dining area, particularly over a table where the cluster can remain in view. Bedroom, hotel and restaurant installations also need enough clearance beneath the suspended glass. Over a staircase, check the relationship to the steps and handrail as well as the position of the ceiling connection; the electrical point alone does not establish that the chandelier will fit.Choose fifteen E27 lamps separatelyEach of the fifteen E27 sockets accepts a lamp rated at no more than 15 W. Lamps are not included. Your choice determines the colour temperature and light output, neither of which is fixed by the chrome body. Compare lumen ratings as well as wattage when choosing the set, and consider the combined effect of fifteen sources rather than treating the fitting as a single-bulb pendant.A Sputnik outline with contrasting glassThe radiating arms give the chandelier a Sputnik character, while reflective chrome and graphite glass also support a glamour setting. The matt opal globes provide a visible contrast to the darker, glossy surfaces. A simple table lets the branching outline take prominence; more decorative furniture can pick up the chrome details. The identifying feature of the 5020 remains the mixture of light and dark globes within the same composition.Mostra di più
