ZOSIA 8112111 child's lamp
Hellux ZOSIA 8112111 is a children's floor lamp with a white base and a cylindrical shade patterned with grey stars. A slim upright and round foot keep the shade's motif as the main decorative feature. This is the star-pattern version, rather than the bear or owl designs offered within the same family.Plan a floor-level position near the furniture The lamp is 152 cm tall, and the manufacturer lists both its length and width as 35 cm. Compare those measurements with the space beside a chair or child's bed before choosing a position. The shade sits at the top of a tall upright, so this is not a small bedside lamp intended to sit on a table. ZOSIA can supplement the room's lighting or stand near the place where you read books to your child. Its white power cable is 1.5 m long. Allow for the actual cable route around furniture as well as the distance to the socket: a straight-line measurement alone may not describe the route you need. The lamp connects to a 230 V supply by a plug, rather than requiring attachment to a wall or ceiling. One E27 socket and a choice of bulb There is one E27 socket, rated for a light source of no more than 60 W. The manufacturer permits an LED bulb. This wattage is the fitting's limit, not a fixed electricity consumption or a statement of the lamp's brightness. Light colour and luminous output depend on the bulb you select. For evening story time or supplementary room lighting, check the chosen bulb's own specifications. The stars printed on the shade do not establish a particular light colour or output.Wooden base and a PVC shade The base is made from solid wood with a white water-based paint finish, while the shade is PVC. Hellux states that a dirty shade may be wiped with a damp cloth. The straightforward silhouette suits modern children's interiors. Grey stars are a pattern on the white shade, not an indication that the entire lamp has a grey finish.Show more
