Gea Luce GFA850N recessed LED spotlight matt white 4 W 4000 K Ø45 mm

Name: Gea Luce GFA850N recessed LED spotlight matt white 4 W 4000 K Ø45 mm
Brand: Gea Luce

The Gea Luce GFA850N is a small circular recessed spotlight with a matt white rim and a set-back transparent glass diffuser. Its aluminium structure and heat sink house a 4 W CREE LED module. The light source and a separate power supply are included.Check the cut-out, not just the visible rimThe outside diameter is 45 mm, while the specified installation hole is 41 mm. Compare both measurements with your ceiling before choosing this fitting: the visible ring is not the size of the opening to be cut. The body is 50 mm high, and additional space must be allowed for the power supply, which is not built into the luminaire housing. The assembly drawing shows side spring clips. Installation and electrical connections must be carried out by qualified personnel with the mains supply disconnected. The complete set is designed for 220–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz. The included power supply forms part of the connection; the LED module should not be treated as a fitting connected directly to the mains without it.Neutral white light directed below the fittingThis variant delivers 340 lm at 4000 K. It is the neutral white version, rather than a warm white option from the same family. A 60° beam illuminates a defined area beneath the spotlight. Ceiling height and the size of the target area should guide the spacing of several fittings; one small spotlight does not by itself establish sufficient lighting for an entire room.GFA850N uses simple on/off operation and is not dimmable. The manufacturer specifies CRI >80 and a light-source lifetime of 30,000 hours. There is no need to buy a separate bulb because the LED module is supplied.A restrained detail for an interior lighting planThe plain white ring suits modern and minimalist ceilings. It can provide localised lighting in living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining areas, hallways and dressing rooms, or form part of office, hotel and retail projects. The number of points should follow the lighting design rather than the room label alone. Gea Luce specifies indoor installation and a three-year warranty.Show more
