In SIELC Technologies’ Newcrom BH Mixed-Mode HPLC phase, positively charged anion-exchange groups are attached far from the silica gel surface at the terminal end of a hydrophobic alkyl chain. The high mobility achieved as a result enables efficient separations using only a small amount of buffer in the mobile phase.
