The 2 x 6 replaceable pyramid spike pins (6 mm / ¼ inch) provide secure grip on standard track surfaces. A spike wrench is included. Comfortable Cushioning for Training and Competition A full-length EVA midsole delivers durable, responsive cushioning for enhanced comfort during training and competition. The EVA sockliner, cemented to the strobel board, supports a cushioned and secure fit.
