Skog Wall Sconce, Brown, 1xE27, 20 cm

Name: Skog Wall Sconce, Brown, 1xE27, 20 cm
Brand: Brinova

Brinova SKOG is a brown wall light made from stained pine, with a short horizontal timber section forming its wall-mounted element. A black cable wraps around the wood before dropping to a lamp holder with a wooden cover. The bulb remains exposed, making its shape part of the light's visible design.A visible timber-and-cable constructionThe grain, the cut end of the timber and the contrast between brown wood and black cable give SKOG a rustic character. Its exposed bulb and deliberately visible wiring also suit industrial and loft interiors. There is no fabric shade or enclosed cover concealing the light source. This construction works as a supplementary light in a living room, bedroom or dining room. In a hallway, corridor, hotel or restaurant, it can accompany the main lighting while adding a distinct wooden detail to the wall. A decorative bulb's appearance alone does not determine whether its output is sufficient for the space.Choosing a bulb for the E27 holderThe fitting accepts one E27 bulb rated at no more than 25 W. This is the permitted bulb wattage, not the consumption of a built-in LED module. Light colour and luminous flux depend on the bulb selected, allowing you to match the light to its intended role. Consider the bulb envelope as well: it remains visible rather than disappearing behind a shade, and changing its shape changes the overall composition.Allowing room on the wallThe manufacturer specifies a height of 33 cm, a timber length of 20 cm and a width range of 8–12 cm. Compare these measurements with the available space beside furniture and the swing of nearby doors before installation. Positioning needs to account for the hanging holder and bulb, not just the horizontal timber section. The luminaire uses a 220–240 V AC supply and has protection class II. Stained pine forms the body, while the black cable has a plastic sheath.Show more
