COSMOSIL 5C8-AR-300 is a polymeric type of C8 (Octyl) phase. It shows exceptional stability and long lifetime at low pH. This phase is recommended for the separations requiring acidic mobile phase conditions. The acidic resistance of COSMOSIL 5C8-AR-300 is much improved compared with commercially available monomeric type octyl stationary phases. It retains high performance even in case of acidic mobile phases commonly used to separate Proteins and Peptides.
