The MicroBee silica columns are held to very tight specifications for reproducibility batch to batch with no carbon loading. We have taken every effort to make the Cogent MicroBee™ HPLC columns consistently match more than just the selectivity of µBondapak®. We ensure batch to batch consistency and year to year reproducibility through large batch sizes and a proprietary production SOP. Most methods based on µBondapak® columns can be transferred to the MicroBee™ columns without modification. Customers using the Cogent MicroBee silica™ columns have them in methods and also, use them as an alternate, back up supplier.
