LUMINES B recessed LED profile, gold lacquered RAL1923, 1 m

Name: LUMINES B recessed LED profile, gold lacquered RAL1923, 1 m
Brand: Lumines

LUMINES B 10-1676-10 is an aluminium LED strip profile for recessed installation in a routed groove. This version is 1 m long and has a gold lacquered RAL1923 finish. Flat flanges run along both sides of the channel, resting against the installation surface while the body sits inside the recess.Plan the groove from the cross-sectionThe overall width is 21 mm and the overall height is 9.3 mm. Below the flanges, the body is 16 mm wide. These measurements serve different purposes: the visible trim width is not the width of the recessed body. Compare the cross-section drawing with the thickness and available space in your chosen panel before preparing the groove. The manufacturer lists push-in installation in a milled opening and double-sided tape as mounting methods. Its installation drawings also illustrate the profile in stair elements. This is a component to integrate into a prepared surface, rather than a substitute for a surface-mounted channel screwed directly onto a flat panel.Build around the B systemThe profile accommodates an LED strip up to 12 mm wide and accepts BASIC covers. The system datasheet lists PMMA and PC cover options, together with flat-ended and rounded end caps. Match accessories to the B cross-section, not simply to the length of the channel. The designated power-supply position is outside the profile, so allow for it when planning the surrounding installation. The aluminium channel does not determine brightness or light colour; those depend on the selected LED strip. A compatible cover forms another part of the assembled lighting system. Photographs of completed installations demonstrate the system in use and should not be read as a list of items supplied with this metre-long section.A gold edge for recessed furniture lightingThe straight lines and recessed body suit modern, minimalist shelving and cabinetry, including kitchen cabinets. Gold describes the metal finish, not the colour of the emitted light. When adjoining further sections, check both the B system designation and the finish reference so that the exposed edges match the intended version.Show more
