Nordlux Grant 35 pendant lamp in brass finish

Name: Nordlux Grant 35 pendant lamp in brass finish
Brand: Nordlux

The Nordlux Grant 35 pendant combines a spherical white opal-glass shade with brass-coloured metal details. Its matte 35 cm globe sits beneath a slim stem, a white cable and a matching ceiling canopy. This is a single-light pendant rather than a multi-arm chandelier.A replaceable bulb determines the lightThere is one E27 socket for an LED bulb rated at a maximum of 15 W. The bulb is not supplied, so its brightness and colour temperature are choices to make separately. You are not committed to the output of an integrated LED module. White opal glass diffuses the light, making this a different choice from either an exposed decorative bulb or a directional spotlight.Nordlux allows dimming when a dimmable bulb is fitted. If you want this function, select a compatible control as well as a suitable bulb. An E27 fitting on its own does not mean that any bulb will work with every existing dimmer, so check the combination before installation.Plan around the 35 cm globeThe manufacturer gives a lamp height of 50 cm, a cable length of 200 cm and a canopy diameter of 12 cm. These refer to different parts of the fitting and should be considered alongside your ceiling height and intended hanging position. Above a dining table, compare the globe's width with the table rather than treating 35 as simply a model number. The single globe and diffuse light distribution support placement in living rooms, bedrooms and over dining tables. Several separately purchased pendants can form a repeated arrangement. Its restrained geometry works with Scandinavian interiors, while the brass-coloured details also suit modern or glamour-led schemes without introducing a large branching frame.Hand-formed glass and fixed installationThe shade is individually mouth-blown. Small air bubbles and variations in glass thickness can result from this process. Clean the glass only once it is cool, using a soft cloth without detergents or chemical cleaners; allow it to dry completely before switching on. The fitting is intended for a fixed mains connection indoors. The mounting instructions state that mounting screws are not included.Show more
