Velada by Italux is a six-light pendant that pairs a gold frame with amber glass. Six glass globes hang from thin cords cut to different lengths, so instead of a flat row of light points you get a three-dimensional arrangement spread across the full 74 cm width. Build and finish The fitting is fixed to the ceiling with a round canopy and carried on a rigid gold tube. Crossed arms branch out at the bottom of that tube and spread the globes sideways. The frame is made of steel and aluminium in a polished gold finish, and the shades are amber-tinted glass. Because the luminaire hangs from a fixed stem rather than an adjustable suspension, its overall height is a constant 51 cm. The light it gives Each globe holds a built-in LED module.
