Odometers that no longer work can be repaired quickly and true to the original. Gear choice: Either the standard gears M11 to M25 can be installed in the mechanical speedometers at VW, or the VW-specific VW11 or VW12 gears: VW11 = 11 teeth (for mileage speedometers) VW12 = 12 teeth (for odometers) Installation location: The gear is located at the end of the odometer roller. It is powered by a snail.
