Sag Harbor medium wall lantern - 2 light sources - Black Elstead

Name: Sag Harbor medium wall lantern - 2 light sources - Black Elstead
Brand: Elstead Lighting

Sag Harbor is a medium wall lantern by Hinkley, distributed by Elstead Lighting: a rectangular black aluminium box glazed with clear glass on the front and sides, with a rounded top cap and a carry-style handle. Inside, two candle tubes stand against a brushed back plate — the manufacturer describes their finish as burnished bronze, set against the black housing. Size and mounting on the facade The lantern is 41.9 cm high and 22.8 cm wide, and it projects 14 cm from the wall. Compare those figures with the space beside your front door or between a window and a downpipe. The back is flat, so the whole plate sits against the wall. It weighs 3.5 kg. IP44 means protection against splashing water from any direction, which is why the manufacturer specifies the lantern for outdoor use — on a facade, by the entrance of a house, hotel or restaurant. It is protection class I, so the installation needs a protective earth conductor. Bulbs and light The fitting takes two E14 bulbs of up to 40 W each. Bulbs are not included. The clear glass leaves the lamps visible from every side, so candle-shaped bulbs suit it — the manufacturer's recommended accessory is a clear Litec E14 LED candle lamp at 3000 K, a warm white, sold separately. The lantern has no dimmer of its own, but it works with dimmable bulbs: dimming needs a dimmer in the wiring and bulbs marked as dimmable. The Sag Harbor range The same range includes a smaller single-light wall lantern, and both sizes are also made in a painted burnished bronze finish. That lets you put the small lantern at a side door and this medium one at the main entrance.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
